Return Policy

At Nayad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you have the right to return it in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to hello@nayadwellbeing.com or by using the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for hygiene reasons.
• Especially hygiene related products such as the body oil and the bathing salts, should be unopened.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Exclusions

Certain products are not eligible for return:

• Used, opened, or damaged products (unless defective or incorrect upon arrival).
• Digital or downloadable content.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@nayadwellbeing.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Pack the product securely, ideally in the same box, and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days.
