This offering includes everything needed for participants to experience the ritual: mineral-rich salts, herbs, crystals, notebooks, and candles, curated for one to three sessions depending on your retreat’s structure. You can choose between recorded meditations for seamless facilitation or text guides to lead the meditations yourself, making it adaptable to your unique setting. The ritual serves as a profound deepening of the practices already present in your retreat, offering a safe and gentle process for reflection, energetic cleansing, and inner connection. It harmonizes beautifully with most retreat programs, creating an intentional space for participants to align with their inner source while being held by the wisdom of water, sound, and intention. On-Site Guidance
Invite the transformative power of the Nayad Bathing Ritual into your retreat with the guidance of one of our facilitators. This immersive experience begins with personalized grounding exercises, gently preparing participants to connect with their bodies and intentions. Following this, they are invited into a warm, mineral-infused bath, surrounded by the soothing glow of candles and the energy of carefully chosen altar items. During the bath, participants listen to a recorded meditation embedded with healing frequencies, designed to align their energy and open channels for inner clarity and peace.
To deepen the experience, each participant receives a one-on-one intake before and a feedback session after the ritual, where dreams and insights are explored. This reflective process helps to integrate their experiences, providing alignment with their initial intention while supporting your retreat’s broader purpose.
All essentials are provided to create a sacred and nurturing environment, including bathing salts, herbs, candles, and notebooks for reflection. For retreats seeking to elevate their offering, optional touches such as high-quality towels and robes can also be arranged. The bathing ritual weaves ancient wisdom with modern healing practices, offering your guests a profound journey of reconnection and renewal that resonates long after their retreat ends.

In each concept, custom recordings of frequencies, sounds, and meditations are carefully integrated, as vibrations are the essence of how we live and communicate.
